Trash Collection Guidelines
Please follow these guidelines for proper and efficient trash collection.

Trash is collected weekly on Mondays. Residents may place trash in any trash container desired.

Trash is collected from the resident's backyard, but containers may be placed at the curb if the resident wishes.

Place extra trash in tied trash bags next to the container for collection.

Motor oil, anti-freeze, and hazardous wastes are not accepted. Click here for disposal options for these types of waste.

Bagged leaves will be collected between October 1 and December 31.

Bulky trash (including furniture, appliances, etc.) will also be collected at the curb. Please call the Trash Collection Hotline at 425-0500 to schedule pick-up; collections will occur the following Monday.
Collection of large amounts of bulky trash, for which a fee may be charged, must be arranged through the Town. For questions about this service, contact:
Holiday Collection Schedule
Trash will not be collected on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
When trash collection is scheduled on one of these holidays, service will occur Tuesday.
Trash collection will not be affected by other holidays observed by individual local governments.
