Please complete the form below to request information or service from CVWMA.   You will receive a response by email in five business days.  If you do not receive a response, please call the Recycling Hotline at 340-0900 to confirm that we received your request.  To report a missed collection, please call the Recycling Hotline at 340-0900 as soon as possible and leave your bin at the curb.

Note:  Curbside recycling is available to eligible homes in Ashland, Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Goochland, Henrico and Richmond.  Bin deliveries may take up to 2 weeks.
