AMERICA RECYCLES is a national awareness campaign to get people excited about recycling.  Annual events for the campaign, which culminates in November, include prize giveaways, recycling drives and fun festivals.

CVWMA is the host of AMERICA RECYCLES events in central Virginia. Here are some of the things going on:

We all know the environmental benefits of recycling, but everyone likes to be thanked for their hard work.  Citizens who pledge their commitment to reducing, reusing and recycling for AMERICA RECYCLES will be entered into drawings for fabulous prizes, including the Ford Escape SUV pictured above.
